That claim shows a charge of $214.90 for the same mammogram/3D mammogram, but it was denied (Medical Claim # DW49582680) due to : You do not owe this amount because either (1) you chose a network provider that gives us a standing discount, (2) you chose an out-of-network provider that agreed to an amount less than billed, or (3) it is a surprise bill and the law protects you from having to pay it.I don't even know this company. I assume they are a contractor of some type, but there business should be with Rockwood rather than me. There is a second charge/separate claim for the same service from an unknown/unseen company called Radia.
